Start and finish your sporting activity on the GARD PRO ultra 2+.

Want to start your sporting activity with your own goals and easily track your progress? Here's how with the GARD PRO Ultra 2+ :

  1. Open the GloryFit app: Launch the GloryFit app on your smartphone.
  2. Go to “Training”. Swipe right to find the “ Training ” option.
  3. Select your sport: Choose the sport you want to practice from the list.
  4. Start your workout: Press “ Play ” to start your workout.
  5. Follow and end your sports activities: When you've finished your sports activity, slide to the right again and press the button to end the sports function. You'll find the data in the application under “Sports” (more on this in the article below).

When you start the sports function on your GARD PRO Ultra 2+, the smartwatch accurately tracks the following data:

  • Time of your sports session: Duration of your sports session: Length of time you are engaged in the chosen sports activity.
  • Current heart rate: Your heart rate in real time, enabling you to check whether you're staying within your desired heart rate zone.
  • Calories burned: The number of calories you've burned during your activity, helping you keep track of your fitness goals.

If you'd like to get a more in-depth overview of your sporting performance, such as your route and complete statistics, you can launch the sports function via the GloryFit app. This gives you a detailed report on your activity. Here's what you can expect:

How to launch detailed sports data with the GARD PRO Ultra 2+ (routes)

Would you like a detailed overview of your sports performance and workout data? Follow the steps below to find this data in the GloryFit app:

  1. Open the GloryFit app: Launch the GloryFit app on your smartphone.
  2. Navigate to the sports section: Press “ Sports ” in the app's main menu.
  3. Select your sports: Press + to select your four most frequently used sports. This gives you quick access to your favorite activities.
  4. Start your sport: Select the sport you want to practice and press “ GO ”. Start your workout and follow your activity.
  5. Stop your workout: Once you've finished your workout, switch off the sports function via the GloryFit app.
  6. View your sports data: Roll over one of the four sports you've played. Press the center of the screen on your mileage per month.
  7. View details: Here you'll find a summary of all sessions in the selected sport for the past month. This gives you a detailed overview of your performance. Below you'll find the data you can view:

Movement trajectory :

  • Route: The route you've taken, displayed on a map for a visual overview of your journey.
  • Steps taken: The total number of steps you took during your activity.
  • Sport duration: The total time you devoted to your sporting activity.
  • Minutes per kilometer: The average time it took you to cover one kilometer.
  • Calories burned: The number of calories you burned during the activity.

Detail :

  • Average minutes per kilometer: Your average time per kilometer to evaluate your speed (by dividing the number of kilometers by the number of minutes you ran).
  • Heart rate: Your average heart rate during the activity.

Graph:

  • Speed per kilometer and per hour: Graph showing your speed, displayed per kilometer and per hour.
  • Heart rate: Graph showing your heart rate during your sporting activity.

This detailed data gives you an overview of your sporting performance, enabling you to better monitor and optimize your progress.

Would you like to make your sporting activity even more effective by setting your own goals? The GARD PRO Ultra 2+ makes it easy to personalize your training sessions. Follow the steps below to start your sports function with your own goals:

  1. Open the gloryFit app: Launch the GloryFit app on your smartphone.
  2. Navigate to the sports section: Press “ Sports ” in the app's main menu.
  3. Set your own goals: Press the button to the left of “ GO ”. Here you can set your personal goals in terms of distance, time or calories.
  4. Enter your goals: Enter the distance, time or calories you want to achieve during your workout.
  5. Start your workout: Begin your activity and work towards the goals you've set for yourself.
  6. Receive notifications: When you've reached your goals, you'll receive a notification informing you of your performance.

What sports can you do with the GARD PRO Ultra 2+?

Running, cycling, skipping rope, swimming, badminton, table tennis, tennis, climbing, hiking, basketball, soccer, baseball, volleyball, field field hockey, dance, spinning, yoga, crossfit, treadmill, gymnastics, rowing and exercise.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to customize the sports classification on the GARD PRO Health 2 itself according to your choice!

If you find that the GPS position is not being displayed correctly, we advise you to go to your phone's settings. Go to “ Apps ‘, select the GloryFit app and set the location setting to ’ Always ”. This will enable you to record your routes more accurately during your activities.
