Want to start your sports activity with your own goals and track your progress easily? Here's how to do it with the GARD PRO Health 2+:

  1. Open the GloryFit app: Launch the GloryFit app on your smartphone.
  2. Go to 'Training'. Swipe right to find the 'Training' option.
  3. Select your sport: Choose the sport you want to perform from the list.
  4. Start your workout: Press 'Play' to start your workout.
  5. Tracking and ending your sport: After you finish your sports activity, swipe right again and press the button to end the sports function. You can find the data in the app under sports (more on this in the article below).

When you start the sports function on your GARD PRO Health 3, the smartwatch accurately tracks the following data:

  • Time of your sports session: How long you spent doing the chosen sports activity.
  • Current heart rate: Your heart rate in real time, so you can check that you are staying in your desired heart rate zone.
  • Number of calories burned: The number of calories you burned during your activity, which helps track your fitness goals.
  • Distance: The meters traveled per kilometer.
  • Steps: The steps taken during your workout.

If you want a deeper overview of your sports performance, such as your route and comprehensive statistics, you can launch the sports function through the GloryFit app. This will give you a detailed report of your activity. Here's what to expect:

How to start the detailed sports data with the GARD PRO Health 3(routes)

Want a detailed report of your sports performance and workout data? Then follow the steps below to find this data in the GloryFit app:

  1. Open the GloryFit app: Launch the GloryFit app on your smartphone.
  2. Navigate to the sports section: Tap “Sports” in the main menu of the app.
  3. Select your sports: At the +, choose your four most commonly used sports. This makes it easier to quickly access your favorite activities.
  4. Start your sports activity: Select the sport you want to perform and press “GO'. Start your workout and keep track of your activity.
  5. Stop your workout: After completing your sports activity, stop the sports function via the GloryFit app.
  6. View your sports data: Swipe to one of the four sports you've practiced. In the center of the screen, press your mileage per month.
  7. View details: Here you will find a summary of all sessions of the selected sport for the past month. This gives you a detailed look back at your performance. Below you can see what data you can look back at:

Movement route:

  • Route: The route you took, displayed on a map for a visual overview of your course.
  • Steps taken: The total number of steps you took during your activity.
  • Duration of exercise: The total time you spent on your exercise activity.
  • Minutes per kilometer: The average time it took you to complete one kilometer.
  • Calories burned: The number of calories you burned during the activity.

Detail:

  • Average minutes per kilometer: Your average time per kilometer so you can evaluate your speed. (Divide the number of kilometers by the minutes you walked).
  • Heart rate: Your average heart rate during the activity.

Graph:

  • Speed per kilometer per hour: Graph of your speed, displayed per kilometer and per hour.
  • Heart rate: Graph showing your heart rate during your sports activity.

With this detailed data, you get a comprehensive overview of your sports performance and can better track and optimize your progress.

Would you like to make your sports activity even more effective by setting your own goals? With GARD PRO Health 3 you can easily personalize your workouts. Follow these steps to start your sports function with your own goals:

  1. Open the gloryFit app: Launch the GloryFit app on your smartphone.
  2. Navigate to the sports section: Tap “Sports” in the main menu of the app.
  3. Set your own goals: Press the button to the left ofGO'. Here you can set your personal goals based on distance, time or calories.
  4. Enter your goals: Enter the desired distance, time or number of calories you want to achieve during your workout.
  5. Start your workout: Start your activity and work toward your set goals.
  6. Receive notifications: When you reach your goals, you will receive notifications about your performance.

Want quick access to your favorite sports on the GARD PRO Health 3? Follow these simple steps to put your most-used sport at the top of the list:

  1. Open the GloryFit app:
    • Launch the GloryFit app on your smartphone.
  2. Go to “Sports.”
    • Select the sports section within the app.
  3. Press the “+” at the top right:
    • Tap the “+” icon in the top right corner of the screen.
  4. Search and select sport:
    • Find the desired sport at the top of your GARD PRO list.
  5. Press and hold the sport and drag:
    • Hold down and drag the sport to the top left corner of the list.
  6. Repeat for other sports:
    • Drag and drop other sports to the desired position in the list for quick access.

This makes it easy to put your most-used sports at the top of the list for quick selection on your GARD PRO Health 3.

If you find that the GPS location is not displayed correctly, we recommend that you go to your phone's settings. Go to “Apps”, select the GloryFit app and set the location setting to “Always”. This will ensure that your routes are recorded more accurately during your activities.
