WHAT CAN I DO IF MY CARDHOLDER ISN'T EJECTING CARDS CORRECTLY?Updated 9 days ago

Our cardholders are designed to comfortably hold between 4 to 6 standard-sized plastic cards, depending on their thickness. 

If you're experiencing issues with card ejection, please try the following steps:

1. Re-arrange your cards within the cardholder, placing embossed cards further inside.
2. Metal cards can sometimes be too heavy or thin, impacting performance. We suggest storing metal cards in the flap instead.
3. If re-arranging doesn't help, gently shake the cardholder upside down to encourage the cards to eject.
4. For stuck cards, carefully use tweezers to remove them, but be gentle to avoid damaging the mechanism.
5. If the issue persists, send us a picture or video showing the problem along with details about how many embossed/non-embossed  you're using, your full address and contact info.

Should these solutions not work, please reach out to us for assistance. It's also important to avoid overloading the cardholder or using paper cards, as this may cause damage to the mechanism. We're happy to provide additional help or discuss our replacement options.
